Ellesmere College is a large, highly regarded special educational school located on the outskirts of Leicester City, providing specialized education for 426 students aged 4–19. The college supports a wide, complex array of special educational needs, from moderate to severe learning difficulties, meaning absolute safety and continuous asset coverage are paramount. The primary security vulnerability centered on their existing campus-wide CCTV system, which was well over a decade old and had reached total end-of-life functionality. The college required a completely modernized, high-reliability surveillance system to meet evolving safeguarding requirements. Given the sensitive nature of the student population, a continuous, zero-downtime transition was required, with a strict mandate for minimal physical disruption to the campus environment during term time.

Loughborough University Library
Loughborough University Library is a vital community resource located in the heart of Loughborough, offering a wide range of services including book lending, educational workshops, and community events. Due to the high volume of visitors and its central location, ensuring a safe and secure environment is a top priority for the Library. Before partnering with us, the library faced several critical security challenges: the sheer cost and management complexity of maintaining an internal security operation had become completely unfeasible. Additionally, there was deep dissatisfaction with their previous security provider's management and communication flow. They desperately required specialized guards who fundamentally understood the unique environment of a university library—emphasizing high-tier customer service skills and deep sensitivity to the community's diverse needs.
